Therapy Services

Does the idea of traditional talk therapy in an office setting make you want to run for the hills? We understand. That’s why we offer therapeutic sessions in the peace and beauty of the outdoors.

Clients are invited to walk and talk, observe or interact with farm animals, breathe in fresh air, and soak in the sunshine during their sessions. The natural environment offers a calming, grounding space that can help people feel more at ease, more present, and more open to the healing process.

Research suggests that spending time in nature and farm-based environments for therapeutic purposes can support improved health, reduced stress, and overall well-being.
